Keen to create a more affordable version of Thailand famous Street Food here in the UK, Gan opened The ThaiWay a catering trailer serving Thai Food on an industrial estate in Hoveton near Wroxham.  The trailer closed in 2018 but we are back in Hoveton again in the busy centre of The Norfolk Broads.
